UNBALANCED LIFE!?!

Some people have a hard time living a balanced life.
Their life is like a car with a flat tire. It’s unbalanced.  You can’t really control it.
Having a balanced life is so important!!! So how can you live a balanced life? Here are a few things that I’ve learned that can maybe help you.
1. Know your purpose.
I’m sure you’ve heard it all before, but it’s real talk. Do you actually know what your purpose is in life? It took me a while to know what it was. sometimes, we think we know, but we REALLY don’t. So ask yourself that question. Ask God. He’ll show you. When you know your purpose, it will help you set your priorities, which gives us number 2.
2. Set your priorities.
What gifts and talents has God given you? Are you using them or just wasting them away? Maybe you’re using them, but using them incorrectly. See, some people just do too much. They’re everywhere. For example, they’ll sing in the choir, translate, do dance ministry, teach Sunday school, play the drums etcc…believe me, there are people like that. “Don’t be sister everywhere and brother everything” (Quote by Rev. Godefroy Kabwang).
If you do not know where or what you should be doing, ask for help. Be humble and say, “I need help.”
If you know your gift, you will know your strength.
3. Make a plan to improve.
Once you know your purpose, have set your priorities, then set a plan to improve. This is the part that people fail at. They think that just because they are using their gifts and talents and know their purpose in life, then it’s over. It’s not. There is always room for improvement. Challenge yourself to new things. The sky is the limit–literally.
Blessings!
